Our Heart Project

Julian Mountain Doodles is a leading breeder of doodles located in the beautiful community of Julian, California in the San Diego mountains. Our home is on 120 acres of pine and oak trees. Raised with kids of all ages and alongside farm animals, our puppies are truly part of our big loving family.

We live in the beautiful San Diego mountain community of Julian. When you come for a visit to see our puppies or pick up your forever furry friend, you can also enjoy the incredible community we get to call home. Julian is known for its apple picking and apple pie. While you’re here, in addition to grabbing some pie, you can also check out our amazing local hiking, great restaurants, and wine and cider tasting.

Our Dogs

We currently have two awesome standard poodle Studs (Cash and Pappilon), with Caesar set to be joining the team in the next couple of years! Our current Dams include three Bernese Mountain Dogs (June, Nellie, and Lizzie). We love all of our beautiful dogs equally, and they will remain part of our family even when they’re too old for breeding. Our retired ladies Brooklyn and Willie are a testament to that!

In addition to the dogs in our breeding program, we have Buck (an 11-year-old black English Lab) and Rooster (a lovable Queensland Heeler from Ramona CA).
